The first time I saw Carson was on the 4-H foal poster when I was picking my vote. Number 101 was my favorite so I gave him three points. Most of other members also liked 101, so we contacted Hilda Zotter. He was ours and he was taken to Taylorsville N.C. For a while he was called the 4-H foal, then we voted on names for him. Most of the 4-H members liked the name Carson, so that was his name. A very nice lady named Mrs. Howe donated a great deal of money to help pay for Carson; we were very thankful. In trade for Carson’s boarding fee the 4-H did K-P’s. I know there are many other people who would love to own Carson, but I think I deserve him the most because I have been at nearly every foal class, 4-H meeting and done every K-P I was supposed to do I will also have a daily training journal so I could see how we were progressing and what we had trouble with. I love Carson very much so I plan to keep Carson at FEC with all the great people there. I know Carson will hold great joy and fun in the years to come.
